Sandbox Sistah’s Media in collaboration with the Be Heard podcast network, is launching The Sandbox Sistah’s Podcast to serve as a cultural flare to lift Black women voices and points of view through the bond of sistahood and power. Hosted by childhood best-friends Tamiko Heim, Tichia Sims-Lindsay and Kindra Montgomery-Block, the podcast will reinforce the beauty and strength of sistahood. Since playing in the sandbox together 30 years ago to current events listen every week as their love, life, and truth are shaped by their experiences.
